MG-C600 Medium Speed Paper Cup Machine
MG-C600 single-disc medium-speed paper cup forming machine has been upgraded on the basis of the old C700, shortening the overall stroke of the equipment operation, thereby improving the production efficiency in relative time; the whole machine uses spraying and lubrication to reduce the machine Wear of parts; adopting open intermittent cam system, gear transmission, high precision, high output, greatly increasing the service life, and making up for the inherent disadvantages of jitter and unstable transmission during chain transmission. The cup wall and the bottom of the cup adopt the Swiss Leister heater (optional for the heater brand); the cup making process is controlled by PLC, and the photoelectric eye is used for full fault monitoring and servo control to improve the performance of the equipment and achieve fast and stable operation. Automatic shutdown on failure, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the safety and stability of equipment.
