Guarantee:	The seller make guarantee the machines are brand new and the guarantee period will be given 13(Thirteen) months, which starts from the ocean shipping date. During this warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that caused by the machine's quality by express upon receipt of buyer's notice based on condition that the freight shall be on the buyer's account. If required for more spare parts additionally, the seller will arrange and prepare well on the buyer's account. Guarantee is not applicable to normal wear parts in normal use. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligent maintenance,intentional injury or other damages.
Installation & Debugging:	If client is in need, the seller will dispatch their technician to the buyer's plant to instruct the buyer to install, debug the machine and train the staff to operate the machine after receiving the confirmation of installation and debugging requirement from buyer. However all of the seller's expenses including the technician's round-trip air ticket, local conveyance to the buyer's site, lodging and boarding expenses is chargeable to the buyer during the installation and debugging period, and also the buyer has to pay the seller's technician $100 for one person each day.
