Machine Description
MG-HC double wall paper cup outer machine is a multi-functional automatic veneer equipment. It passes
through continuous processes processes such as multi-row automatic paper feeding, ultrasonic welding, robotic
paper tube transfer, oil filling, bottom folding, knurling, cup falling, servo glue feeding, cylinder two-stage blanking
and fitting, pressing, and cup/bowl unloading veneer. This machine adopts frequency conversion stepless speed
regulation; adopts light-controlled non-contact switch to detect abnormal, realize automatic shutdown of failure,
protect each part of the machine from collision, and improve the stability and life of the machine. The holding tube
station adopts left an right independent cams to drive the left cup clamps. There is no noise during work, and the
holding tube is stable and reliable. It is the latest domestic technology.
