The bottom paper feeding servo ensures precise alignment between the bottom paper and the cup body, guaranteeing the accuracy of cup forming process. Therefore, it reduces bottom paper misalignment, waste, and paper jams, resulting in more consistent paper cup quality.

5. Cup Body Sealing

The ultrasonic bonding boasts high efficiency, completing the bonding in only 0.1-0.5 seconds. It ensures stable quality with uniform bonding strength, preventing the cup seam from cracking and leaking. Moreover, no glue is required, which meets food safety standards. Additionally, the welding head features low wear rate and long service life.

6. Cup Bottom Forming

The bottom forming process involves four steps: two bottom heating, bottom folding, and knurling. Due to the thickness of the paper, heating coils are equipped at the bottom folding and knurling stations to ensure a tighter and more aesthetically pleasing bottom forming.

7. Cup Mouth Forming

 Dipping oil makes the rim of the cup smoother and neater, preventing it from cracking.
 Curling the cup mouth twice allows the angle of the rolled edge to reach 450°-480°, which can strengthen the cup mouth.

8. Easy to Maintain

Maintenance and cleaning are easy. Employees just need to pour gear oil onto the bottom of the machine frame and change it every 6 months (twice a year), which greatly saves oil costs.
