2. Rotary Suction

The rotary paper suction system achieves continuous paper picking and feeding through circular motion, avoiding the paper jam caused by the frequent start-stop of the vertical type. It offers higher speed and strong compatibility with different paper weights for machines.

3. Bottom Paper Feeding Servo

The bottom paper feeding servo ensures precise alignment between the bottom paper and the bowl body, guaranteeing the accuracy of the paper bowl making process. Therefore, it reduces bottom paper misalignment, waste, and paper jams, resulting in more consistent paper bowl quality.

4. Bowl Body Sealing

Two pre-heaters preheat the temperature of the film coating at the seams of the paper bowl, allowing for rapid melting during ultrasonic heating, reducing bonding time, increasing bonding strength, and preventing paper deformation caused by overheating.

5. Bowl Bottom Forming

This model utilizes the latest knurling technology.

The knurling texture, called as Three Leak-proof, provides additional structural integrity, making the paper bottom more leak-proof.

6. Bowl Mouth Curling

Dipping oil makes the rim of the bowl smoother and neater, preventing it from cracking.

Curling the bowl mouth twice allows the angle of the rolled edge to reach 450°-480°, which can strengthen the bowl mouth.

7. Double Cam

This model is equipped with two cams, unlike the traditional single cam, each cam controls each turntable, which makes the rotation of turntables more flexible and accurate.

8. Easy to Maintain

The automatic lubrication system uses an oil pump motor to transport gear oil to each transmission part requiring lubrication, which is then sprayed out through copper nozzles.

Maintenance and cleaning are easy. Employees just need to pour gear oil onto the bottom of the machine frame and change it twice a year, which greatly saves oil costs.
