Rotary Suction

Servo Bottom Paper Feeding

The rotary paper suction system achieves continuous paper picking and feeding through circular motion, avoiding the paper jam caused by the frequent start-stop of the vertical type. It offers higher speed and strong compatibility with different paper weights for machines.

The bottom paper feeding servo ensures precise alignment between the bottom paper and the cup body, guaranteeing the accuracy of cup forming process. Therefore, it reduces bottom paper misalignment, waste, and paper jams, resulting in more consistent paper cup quality.

5. Cup Body Sealing

One pre-heaters preheat the temperature of the film coating at the seams of the paper cup, allowing for rapid melting during ultrasonic heating, reducing bonding time, increasing bonding strength, and preventing paper deformation or film carbonization caused by overheating.

6. Cup Bottom Forming

This model adopts diagonal knurling on the cup bottom.
The diagonal knurling provides additional structural integrity, making the paper bottom more leak-proof.

7. Cup Mouth Forming

 Dipping oil makes the rim of the cup smoother and neater, preventing it from cracking.
 Curling the cup mouth twice allows the angle of the rolled edge to reach 450°-480°, which can strengthen the cup mouth.

8. Double Turntables

This model is equipped with two turntables. The two turntables can perform different processes simultaneously: the main turntable is responsible for forming the cup bottom and the auxiliary turntable for forming the cup mouth and discharging the finished cups.

Compared with a single turntable, the double turntable can improve production efficiency by approximately 40-50%.

9. Easy to Maintain

Maintenance and cleaning are easy. Employees just need to pour gear oil onto the bottom of the machine frame and change it every 6 months (twice a year), which greatly saves oil costs.
